knots…

A piece of string is pretty much useless without knots. I mean, you could jump rope with it, but that’s about it. The secret to using rope properly is not keeping the knots out, but being able to enjoy their use and then untie them later.
Life’s the same way.
It’s not about keeping drama, heartbreak, or general confusion out of your life, that’d be boring. It’s about making good choices about which ‘knots’ you’ll tie, and knowing that at any given moment you can stop, breathe, and remember that under all those knots you chose is a beautiful, useful piece of, well…
you.
